time. It identifies the forms you may receive and describes the information included

Forms
Armada Funds provides every shareholder with a year-end statement and required tax
forms. The IRS also receives copies of these forms. Please keep them for your tax records.

Mutual Fund Tax Information
In addition, each year Armada prepares a supplement offering mutual fund tax
information that is intended to help our shareholders prepare their taxes. If you would

Corporate Investors
Ordinary income (dividends and short-term capital gains) may qualify for
“intercorporate dividends received deductions” for a calendar year. This deduction
applies only to corporations. If you would like to receive a letter detailing the

Turbo Tax
Armada Funds has partnered with Quicken TurboTax to make our fund information
readily accessible to shareholders who prepare their taxes using Quicken TurboTax
software or TurboTax online. Turbo Tax Instant Data Entry allows you to retrieve
mutual fund transaction data from Armada Funds and have it automatically entered
into the correct forms in TurboTax. This saves you time and helps ensure the
accuracy of your tax documents.
