Core Equity Fund
The Armada Core Equity Fund is for investors who would like to participate in both growth and value management styles. The Fund’s managers include both growth and value choices in the portfolio, and have the flexibility to weight the portfolio more heavily toward whichever style is favored by market conditions.

Investment Strategy
The flexibility to benefit from diverse marketsThe Armada Core Equity Fund’s management team uses a Multiple Attribute Diversification process, in tandem with style flexibility, to build a portfolio that they believe provides the greatest return for the risk taken. The portfolio generally includes equities with consistent, five-year earnings growth rates of 10% or higher, price-to-earnings ratios at least 20% lower than the average of the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index *, and dividend yields at least 20% higher than the average of the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index.

Returns for the period Jan 20, 2000 to Jan 6, 1998 reflect the performance of the Fund’s Class B Shares, returns for the period Jan 6, 1998 to Aug 1, 1997 reflect the performance of the Fund’s Class A Shares, and returns for the period prior to Aug 1, 1997 reflect the performance of the Fund’s Class I Shares.
For Class H shares, the return since the actual inception date of May 1, 2002 was N/A without sales charge and N/A with sales charge. For Class B shares, the annualized return since the actual inception date of Jan 6, 1998 was 0.43% without sales charge and 0.43% with sales charge.
The Class A shares have a maximum sales charge of 5.50%. The Class B shares have a maximum contingent deferred sales charge of 5.00%. The Class H shares have a 1.00% front end sales charge, in addition to a 1.00% maximum contingent deferred sales charge on shares held less than 18 months. For Class C shares, returns for the period Jan 20, 2000 to Jan 6, 1998 reflect the performance of the Fund’s Class B Shares, returns for the period Jan 6, 1998 to Aug 1, 1997 reflect the performance of the Fund’s Class A Shares, and returns for the period prior to Aug 1, 1997 reflect the performance of the Fund’s Class I Shares.
For Class C shares, the annualized return since the actual inception date of Jan 20, 2000 was -11.86% without sales charge and -11.86% with sales charge.
The Class C shares do not have a front end sales charge, but do have a 1.00% charge on redemptions of shares that are held for less than 18 months.
