Investment Strategy
Earnings growth drives stock prices over time
Armada Large Cap Ultra Fund's management team believes that greater returns may be achieved by selecting reasonably valued stocks with capitalizations similar to those of companies in the Russell 1000 Growth Index. Our management team searches for stocks with above average, sustainable earnings growth rates that are greater than the Fund's stock universe, placement of the Fund in the growth model's top three deciles, strong management and a catalyst for future growth.

*The Russell 1000 Growth Index measures the performance of companies in the Russell 1000 Index with higher price-to-book ratios and higher forecasted growth values. The Russell 1000 Index measures the performance of the 1000 largest U.S. companies based on market capitalization. Both indexes are not available for direct investment. Unlike a mutual fund, the performance of the index assumes no taxes, transaction costs, management fees or other expenses.
+The composition of the portfolio is as of 10/31/2004 and is for illustration purposes only. The composition of the portfolio is not a permanent reflection of the Fund. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets in equity securities of large cap companies. Economic sector weightings may not total 100%.
