Capital Gains Special Distribution
In preparation for the proposed reorganization of Provident Riverfront Funds into Armada Funds effective on or about October 11, 2004, capital gains will be distributed to Armada Funds shareholders of funds which will be affected by the proposed reorganization. The capital gain distribution schedule is as follows:
