Why Armada?

Opportunities For All Types of Investors

Whether you’re a seasoned or novice investor, watch
the markets daily or occasionally, have a high
risk tolerance, Armada has a broad selection
of mutual funds available to meet your needs.

Hands-on investors appreciate our variety of funds,
like the Small Cap Value Fund, Ohio Intermediate Tax
Exempt Bond Fund and International Equity Fund,
as well as many others in our diverse family of funds.
These funds can be used to add diversity to existing portfolios
or build multi-style asset allocations from scratch.

If you prefer a hands-off approach to investing, you’ll like Armada’s asset allocation portfolios. The Armada Asset Allocation Funds utilize the talents of IMC’s management teams to create appealing alternatives for conservative, moderate and aggressive investors.

Your Total Resource

In addition to our well-managed, broadly diversified fund family, retirement plans and estate planning solutions, Armada offers you:

Affordability

We understand that it takes time to accumulate wealth, so we set our minimum initial investment at just $500,and have no subsequent minimum investment amounts.

Ease

Do you find it hard to save? We try to make it easy. You can automatically invest as little as $50 from your checking or savings account through our Planned Investment Program (PIP). Armada's PIP gives you the flexibility to design an investment strategy that meets your needs. You choose how much to contribute and which funds to own. You can start with as little as $50 per fund.

Liquidity

You can buy or sell fund shares on any business day between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, ET. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. ET will be processed the next business day.

Flexibility

As your investment goals evolve throughout your lifetime, you'll have the option to redistribute your assets without paying additional charges. Most importantly, as an Armada investor, you can exchange shares of your Armada Funds for similar shares of other Armada Funds at any time — free of charge, most of the time. You should keep in mind that if you exchange from a money market fund to a non-money market fund or from one share class to a different share class there may be a charge. You should also consider that exchanges between funds will create a taxable event. When you exchange shares, you are selling the shares of the first fund and buying shares of the second. You may be liable for taxes on any capital gain realized from selling a fund. You may also be able to deduct a loss from selling a fund. Selling funds is a taxable event unless the funds are in a retirement plan or other tax-deferred account. You should consult with your legal or tax advisor for information about your specific situation.

The plan does not assure a profit and does not protect against loss in a declining market and an investor should consider his or her financial ability to continue purchases through low price levels.
