Performance quoted represents past performance and does not guarantee future results. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate so that shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than that shown here. Performance data current to the most recent month-end is available at www.armadafunds.com.
You should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of the Armada Funds carefully before investing. A prospectus with this and other information about the Funds may be obtained by calling 1-800-622-FUND (3863). It should be read carefully before investing.
The maximum sales charges for Class A Shares is 5.50% for the International Equity, Large Cap Core Equity, Large Cap Growth, Large Cap Value, Mid Cap Growth, Small Cap Core, Small Cap Growth, Tax Managed Equity, Small Cap Value and Mid Cap Value Funds; and 2.50% for the S&P 500 Index Fund. With respect to Class B Shares, the maximum contingent deferred sales charge is 5.00%. Class C Shares do not have a front end sales charge, but do have a 1.00% charge on redemptions of shares that are held for less than 18 months.
The following funds waived investment advisory fees in the amounts specified: .25% for the Tax Managed Equity Fund; and .25% for the Mid Cap Value Fund and the Mid Cap Growth Fund. Without such fee waivers, the performance of each fund would have been lower. Total returns also reflect a reinvestment of distributions and changes in net asset value.
The index provided is an unmanaged index for which direct investment is not possible. Unlike a mutual fund, the performance of the index assumes no taxes, transaction costs, management fees or other expenses.
1 International investments are subject to special risks not ordinarily associated with domestic investments, including currency fluctuations, economic and political change, and differing accounting standards that may adversely affect portfolio securities.
2 Investments in smaller/mid-sized companies present greater risk of loss than investments in large companies.
3 Total returns for the Armada Mid Cap Growth Fund prior to June 10, 2000 includes performance of the corresponding Parkstone Continuing Funds for the period prior to its reorganization into Armada.
