Armada Overview
Equity Funds strive to provide appreciation in the value of assets over time. They are best for pursuing major goals that are at least five years away.
Asset Allocation Funds invest assets across several sectors to pursue individual goals. They may be a solution for investors who want an actively managed investment.
Fixed Income Funds seek to earn income for investors. They are recommended for investors with shorter-term goals, such as extra income for near-term expenses.
Tax Free Bond Funds are conservative investments with some fluctuation in value, offering greater income potential than tax free money market funds. They are recommended for tax-sensitive investors (those in or above the 30% tax bracket).
Money Market Funds strive to earn tax-free or taxable income, while keeping assets liquid and potentially protecting them from price volatility. They are recommended for more conservative investors with very short-term goals (like extra monthly income).

An investment in the money market funds is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Although the funds seek to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the funds. The dividend yield paid by the Armada Money Market Funds may vary with changes in short-term interest rates. The value of debt securities within each Fund’s portfolio may be affected by the ability of the issuer to make principal and interest payments. The Fund’s focus on investments in securities of issuers located in a single state makes the Fund susceptible to economic, political and regulatory events that affect that state. For some investors, income may be subject to state and/or local taxes, and certain investors may be subject to the federal alternative minimum tax (AMT).
