The Fund's managers include both growth and value choices in the portfolio, and have the flexibility to weight the portfolio more heavily toward whichever style is favored by market conditions.

The maximum sales charge for class A shares is 5.50%. Class B shares have a maximum contingent deferred sales charge of 5.00%. Class C shares do not have a front-end sales charge, but do have a 1.00% charge on the redemption of shares that are held for less than 18 months. Class R shares do not have a front-end sales charge, but do have a 0.75% charge on the redemption of shares that are held less than 18 months.

Investment Strategy
The management team of the Armada Large Cap Core Equity Fund believes that the best approach to the large cap equity market is to employ a philosophy combining disciplined portfolio construction with flexible security selection. The Large Cap Core Fund is a focused portfolio, which is invested sector neutral to the S&P 500 Composite Index,* thus giving investors broad equity market exposure. The majority of the fund will be invested in companies with a market capitalization similar to the S&P 500. Focusing on a combination of fundamental, technical, and sentiment factors help the team to identify investments for the portfolio. Among factors considered are: quality of the management team, industry position, business model, and historical growth rates.
