| The Fund invests primarily in three major asset groups: equity securities, fixed income securities, and cash equivalent securities. The Armada Balanced Allocation Fund may invest in any type or class of security. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests in common stocks and securities convertible into common stocks (45%-75% of its net assets), fixed income securities (25%-55% of its net assets), and cash equivalent securities (up to 30% of its net assets). No more than 20% of the Fund's total assets will be invested in foreign securities.
