The investment strategy is to identify stocks with any one of the following key attributes:
- Lower-than-average price/earnings ratio (value stocks).
- Above-average dividend yield.
- Consistently above-average earnings growth outlook (growth stocks).
- The Fund can invest anywhere from 20 to 50% in each of these groups, shifting its allocation at any time to capitalize on different economic environments.
- This approach is designed to produce a portfolio of reasonably-priced stocks that are promising from both a dividend yield and a growth standpoint.
