Our
Investment Philosophy
|
 |
| The
U.S. Government Income Fund is managed using a disciplined approach
designed to increase total return. The Fund invests primarily in U.S.
Agency mortgage-backed securities and U.S. Government and Agency securities.
The entire portfolio expects to maintain a dollar-weighted average
portfolio maturity of three to ten years. In buying and selling securities
for the fund, the management team considers a number of factors, including
yield to maturity, maturity, quality and the outlook for particular
issuers and market sectors. |
