The Fund places a high emphasis on quality, purchasing only those securities rated in the two highest categories by the major statistical ratings agencies or those deemed to be of comparable quality by the management team. The Fund's dollar-weighted average maturity will not exceed 90 days, and no more than 10% of the Fund's net assets can be invested in illiquid securities. The Fund also significantly limits derivatives in the portfolio, prohibiting the use of leveraged, de-leveraged, range, dual-index or inverse floaters.
