Armada Plus 401(k)
401(k) plans allow employees to voluntarily reduce their salaries and
contribute the difference to a qualified retirement plan. Retirement plan contributions
and earnings are generally tax-deferred, so employees don’t pay taxes until they begin
making withdrawals. In addition, employers can choose to match their employees’
contributions, in part or in full.
Armada Plus 401(k) plans allow three types of contributions:
- Voluntary, pre-tax employee contributions
- Flexible tax-deductible company profit sharing contributions
- Flexible employer matching contributions
