Provident Riverfront Funds Reorganization

On October 7, 2004, Provident Riverfront shareholders approved the reorganization of the funds into Armada Funds. The reorganization was completed on Fri., October 8, 2004. The post-merger fund complex is comprised of assets of more than $13 billion.

Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Armada Funds is managed by National City Investment Management Company (IMC). IMC is a wholly owned subsidiary of National City Corporation, one of the nation’s largest financial holding companies with more than $120 billion in assets.

The table below indicates the class of shares that shareholders of the Riverfront Target Funds received in exchange for shares of the Armada Acquiring Funds.
